BNNT describe themselves as art group, band, crew, herd, tribe. That’s a good summary of the ambitions Konrad Smoleński and Daniel Szwed share in their project together, and probably also of the confusion that the Polish duo can cause in their audience. That’s what they manage to do in concert halls, galleries and museums, or even from the back of a truck. It’s not just that BNNT travel through different artistic worlds – their music itself is in constant motion. Their 2017 album »Multiverse«, recorded with guests such as Mats Gustafsson and Stine Janvin Motland, will continue to change this year: other musicians will re-record their droning meta-rock and »Multiverse« will be repeatedly released anew under the same title. Live, they will perform these reinterpretations with Resina and Patrick Higgins.
