»CocoRosie are back!« Not a totally accurate sentence, since CocoRosie never went away. The voices of Sierra and Bianca Casady have carved themselves into our collective subconscious so deeply that we could never get rid of them, even if we wanted to. And why would we? Since the duo recorded their first LP in a Parisian bedroom, they’ve blessed the world with more beautiful, eerie and intimate songs that slowly but surely crawl through the ear canals and finally unravel in the chambers of the heart. Their music is the kind that stays, and CocoRosie themselves stay in motion. Most recently, they released the protest song »Smoke ‘em Out« in 2017 and have continued working on new music.
